Sr. Director & Head of Architecture

The role also involves leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team, defining standards for software platform and infrastructure security, and making informed technical trade-offs to drive business impact. Additionally, the Sr. Director & Head of Architecture is expected to introduce new technologies and integrations to keep the platform at the forefront of the industry, while ensuring high reliability and performance of systems and infrastructure.
Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial capacity managing architecture teams. A proven track record in designing and deploying distributed, cloud-native architectures, particularly on AWS, is essential. Experience in building AI-native products and technologies, along with strategic communication skills to gain buy-in for large-scale technical shifts, is also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading architectural digital transformations within rapidly growing or unstructured corporate environments and possess financial acumen to analyze technology trade-offs through the lens of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ROI.
