Sr. Financial Analyst
Archer, an aerospace company based in San Jose, California, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. We are dedicated to advancing sustainable air mobility by designing and operating all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft capable of carrying four passengers with minimal noise. The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the planning and budgeting processes for assigned teams, collaborating with senior management and business groups to design, track, and measure annual operating and financial plans. Responsibilities include refining data systems and tools to track performance, providing reporting solutions, and enhancing operational insights. The role also involves creating and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance against financial objectives and developing executive reporting documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should have over six years of experience in finance or a related field, with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting; an MBA is strongly preferred. Experience supporting R&D, engineering, or product development teams in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Proficiency with financial planning and ERP systems such as Adaptive Planning and SAP is essential, along with exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also required.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $108,480 to $135,600, determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
