Sr. Global Supply Manager, Interior Hard Trim

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr. Global Supply Manager to oversee Interior Hard Trim commodities. This role involves managing supplier relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. The position is based in Southfield, MI, and requires on-site presence.

Key responsibilities include identifying and developing qualified suppliers, creating and analyzing RFQs, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier development and tooling timelines. The role also involves ensuring part availability for prototype builds and production, and maintaining overall supplier relationships. Travel of 10-20% is expected for supplier visits and program reviews.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a technical, supply chain, or finance discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or engineering within the automotive industry. Experience with interior hard trims and related manufacturing processes is preferred. Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in relevant software tools.

Lucid Motors offers a competitive salary range of $118,600 to $163,020 annually, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and a 401(k) plan. Eligible candidates may also participate in the company's equity program and discretionary annual incentive program.
