Sr HRIS Analyst
The Senior HRIS Analyst at EarnIn will be responsible for owning and evolving the Workday platform, with a primary focus on Core HCM and Security. This role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing scalable people systems that support business growth and operational efficiency. The analyst will act as a strategic partner to the People, Finance, and IT teams, translating business needs into system solutions while ensuring data integrity, security, and streamlined processes across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include configuring and optimizing Workday Core HCM and Security frameworks, designing and maintaining business processes and workflows, and leading system enhancements and feature adoption. The analyst will also manage Workday security architecture, ensure compliance with audit and data governance standards, and partner with IT and Security teams on access controls and risk mitigation. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining advanced Workday reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring data consistency across systems.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of HRIS experience with deep expertise in Workday, particularly in Core HCM and Security configurations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience partnering cross-functionally with People, Finance, and IT teams. Proficiency in creating structured documentation and leveraging AI tools to enhance system design and analysis is also required.
