This role is integral to ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure, supporting our mission to revolutionize urban transportation.

The Senior IT Desktop Support Specialist will provide daily technical support to employees, addressing issues related to computers, printers, basic networks, and internal systems software and hardware. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, corporate mobile devices, workstations, servers, and printers. The role also involves maintaining data integrity for both traditional and cloud-based systems, and playing a critical part in onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning services, including system and account preparation, data recovery, and hardware reissuance.

Candidates should possess over five years of relevant IT work experience, along with computer support-related certifications or a technical degree. Experience in supporting, setting up, and administering typical end-user hardware, software, and services is essential. Proficiency with desktop imaging or device management solutions is required. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are crucial. The role also requires the physical capability to move and lift IT equipment, including PCs, servers, and rack equipment.
