They perform root cause analyses for recurring issues, administer access permissions for on-site and cloud resources, and enhance IT infrastructure through policy updates and process improvements.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have over five years of experience in an IT helpdesk environment. Essential skills include advanced expertise in Windows administration, networking, software, and hardware. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to adapt to new systems are crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with technical writing abilities, are necessary for effective documentation and knowledge management. The role also requires the capacity to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, such as printers and monitors.

Compensation for this position includes an annual base salary ranging from $92,000 to $115,000, with a target annual bonus of 7.5%.
