Kaseya is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of customer lifecycle programs aimed at accelerating product adoption, reinforcing customer value, reducing churn, and driving multi-product expansion. This role is integral to Kaseya's mission of transforming its Managed Service Provider (MSP) customer base into a durable, predictable growth engine. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely within the United States, with a preference for candidates based in Miami, FL.

The Senior Lifecycle Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining and operationalizing customer lifecycle stages, developing segment-specific journeys aligned to MSP maturity and product footprint, and improving time-to-value through automated, guided adoption programs. Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver measurable, marketing-sourced expansion pipelines, creating scalable programs triggered by usage thresholds and renewal timing, and developing standardized customer-facing assets to strengthen renewal conversations. Additionally, the role involves leading lifecycle insights and analytics by defining key performance indicators and translating insights into actionable strategies.

The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in lifecycle, retention, customer, or product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry. They should possess a proven track record of driving adoption, retention, or expansion through data-driven programs and the ability to translate product and usage data into lifecycle insights and interventions. Strong cross-functional partnership skills with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing Management, and Revenue Operations are essential. Excellent copywriting skills and experience creating customer-facing, value-focused assets are also required. Familiarity with MSPs, IT operations, cybersecurity, or B2B infrastructure tools is considered a plus.
