Sr. Network Engineer

As a Senior Network Engineer at LendingTree, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's enterprise network infrastructure. This role requires in-office presence three days per week in Charlotte, NC, with two days remote, and participation in an on-call rotation to support critical network operations.

Key responsibilities include managing Fortinet-based environments, such as firewalls, switches, access points, FortiSASE, and SD-WAN solutions. You will collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Cloud Operations, and DevOps teams to support network modernization, automation, and reliability initiatives. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, implement CI/CD pipelines, and create automation scripts to streamline network operations.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in network engineering, with at least two years of hands-on experience with Fortinet products. Proficiency in cloud networking within AWS and/or Azure environments is essential. A solid understanding of network protocols, VPN technologies, and familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication abilities, are also important.

The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $140,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
