Sr. Partnerships Manager
The Senior Partnerships Manager at PitchBook Data is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including overseeing existing relationships, proactively sourcing new partners, and evaluating inbound opportunities. This role collaborates closely with various internal teams to define market landscapes, assess competitive positions, and identify potential partners that align with PitchBook's strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading partner sourcing efforts by identifying and evaluating new data, research, and capability providers aligned with business needs. The manager will oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with Legal and Finance teams. Additionally, they will monitor partner performance and usage metrics to inform renewal decisions and identify optimization opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 7+ years of account management and/or business development experience, particularly with financial services clients such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Limited Partners. Domain expertise in at least one of PitchBook’s core capabilities, such as Funds & Benchmarking, Credit, or Equity Research, is preferred. Exceptional customer-facing skills, strong cross-team collaboration abilities, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite are essential.
Compensation for this role includes an annual base salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000, with a target annual bonus percentage of 10%. Benefits encompass comprehensive health coverage, paid sabbatical programs, educational stipends, and a 401k match, among others.
