Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Checkr is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption of our background check services and platform features. This role is integral to our marketing team, focusing on crafting compelling positioning and messaging that resonate with mid-market and enterprise buyers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and solutions, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
Key responsibilities include developing high-level product positioning and messaging, particularly for verification, adjudication, and reporting/analytics offerings. The role involves leading end-to-end product launch processes, managing cross-functional implementation, and measuring post-launch business impact. Additionally, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will support sales teams by providing tools, playbooks, and collateral, conduct customer and market research to inform go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with the product team to influence product strategy and roadmap based on market trends and customer feedback.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of B2B product marketing experience, including managing a portfolio of software products within a broader platform. Experience in bringing new solutions to market within a B2B SaaS company is essential. Strong skills in enabling customer-facing teams selling to mid-market and enterprise companies, natural storytelling abilities, and a proven track record in leading research and competitive analysis to influence go-to-market strategies and product roadmaps are required. The candidate should also possess strong project management skills, a self-starter attitude with a bias for action, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced work environments.
Compensation for this role varies by location. In San Francisco, CA, the base salary range is $191,000 to $225,000 USD, while in Denver, CO, it ranges from $162,000 to $190,000 USD.
