The Senior Recruiter will partner with hiring managers across multiple functions to understand hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics. Responsibilities include developing and executing effective recruiting strategies, managing the end-to-end recruiting process, building and maintaining strong pipelines of qualified candidates, and providing guidance to hiring managers on talent market insights and best practices.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of recruiting experience in a startup or in-house environment, with demonstrated success hiring across various roles and functions. Strong abilities in building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a data-driven mindset focused on delivering results are essential.

The position requires consistent on-site presence at Archer's office in Santa Clara/San Jose, with an expectation of 4 days per week in the office. The targeted base pay for this role is between $100,000 and $150,000, with actual compensation determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
