Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, India. As a leading provider of IT infrastructure and security management solutions, Kaseya serves customers in over 20 countries, managing more than 15 million endpoints worldwide. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our sales performance and compensation data, directly contributing to our sustained business success.

In this position, you will administer all aspects of sales commissions using platforms like CIQ and spreadsheets, including calculating and validating monthly commission payments based on sales compensation plans. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Finance, and Sales Management to resolve compensation issues promptly. Your responsibilities will also encompass performing monthly sales compensation accruals, creating and auditing reports to ensure data accuracy, and extracting and analyzing data from systems such as Salesforce and Snowflake.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years focused on sales compensation and analysis, including month-end accruals and reporting activities. Proficiency in CIQ Incentive platforms, Salesforce, and Snowflake is essential, along with advanced Excel skills. Experience in implementing commission plans in incentive platforms and familiarity with SQL are advantageous. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment are crucial.
