Sr. Specialist, Product FP&A
The Sr. Specialist, Product FP&A at Bitso will serve as a key financial partner to the Product and Growth teams, providing in-depth modeling, forecasting, and data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions at the highest organizational levels. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Product FP&A.
Key responsibilities include building trusted relationships with cross-functional business partners, delivering actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis, and supporting the launch of new features and products using a data-driven approach. The role also involves enhancing company-wide financial and strategic planning processes, analyzing operational performance against KPIs, and preparing timely financial variance analyses.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in financial or analytical roles, preferably within high-growth tech companies. A background in fintech, crypto, investment banking, or consulting is highly valuable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint, and hands-on experience with complex data analysis and financial modeling are essential. Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and outstanding interpersonal skills are also required.
