Sr. Staff Organizational Change Management Specialist
Archer is seeking a Senior Staff Organizational Change Management Specialist to lead and implement change management strategies that support the company's mission to advance sustainable air mobility. This role is integral to Archer's efforts in designing and developing electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, ensuring that organizational transitions align with strategic objectives.
