Sr. Strategy & Operations Analyst
The Senior Strategy & Operations Analyst at Kaseya plays a pivotal role in shaping the direction and performance of the company's Support and Customer Success organizations. This position combines analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and executive-level communication to drive business decisions and enhance customer outcomes. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with Kaseya's growth objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading analytical deep dives and strategic initiatives to inform leadership decisions, developing KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and operational dashboards, and building executive-ready presentations for senior leadership. The analyst will also partner with teams across Finance, Sales Operations, Product, and Support to ensure strategic alignment and support team transformation efforts, including process redesign and program rollout.
The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of experience in strategy, analytics, operations, consulting, or a related field. Strong executive communication and storytelling skills are essential, along with proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Sigma. Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for modeling, as well as PowerPoint for presentation design, are required. Experience in SaaS, subscription metrics, customer analytics, or technical support analytics and operations is highly desirable. The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
