Sr. Technical Program Manager, Software
Harbinger Motors Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead our software development initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with a highly innovative team developing core software and controls for a cutting-edge electric stripped chassis tailored for the medium-duty truck market. Reporting to the Head of Engineering Program Management, you will drive the software development lifecycle, coordinate complex software programs, and communicate status and risk across our organization.
Key responsibilities include owning the program management for major software domains such as Vehicle Platform, Controls, ADAS, and Infotainment. You will develop and maintain integrated software project plans, from feature conception through validation and over-the-air deployment. Collaborating with software engineering, firmware, controls, and validation teams, you will define scope, track milestones, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, along with over 8 years of experience in a technical program management role within a software development environment. Automotive software experience is a strong plus. Proficiency in Google Suite and expertise with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project planning and issue tracking are essential. Strong project management skills from ideation to completion, with a solid understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies, are required.
