Sr. Technical Recruiter
Archer is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in San Jose, California. As a leading aerospace company, we are dedicated to advancing sustainable air mobility through the development of all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. In this position, you will collaborate closely with engineering and technical leaders to understand hiring needs and team dynamics. Your responsibilities will include developing targeted sourcing strategies, managing the end-to-end recruiting process—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation—and building strong pipelines of technical candidates for current and future roles. Additionally, you will provide market insights on talent trends and ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and efficient process execution.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of technical recruiting experience, particularly within startup or in-house environments. A proven track record in hiring for roles such as software engineering, infrastructure, site reliability engineering, data, and security is essential. Strong partnership skills with engineering leaders, a solid understanding of technical roles and hiring landscapes, excellent communication abilities, and a data-driven mindset focused on delivering results are key qualifications for this role.
This position requires a consistent on-site presence at our Santa Clara/San Jose office, with an expectation of four days per week in the office. Compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
