Staff AI Product Engineer
Modern Health is seeking a Staff AI Product Engineer to join our dynamic AI team. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of AI-powered products, integrating technologies such as large language models (LLMs) and machine learning (ML) into our mental health platform. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of mental health solutions by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.
As a Staff AI Product Engineer, you will provide technical leadership in prototyping and experimenting with new AI features. Your responsibilities will include productionizing and shipping AI integrations into Modern Health’s core product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver product features on time, and staying up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in building and prototyping products from the ground up, with a solid grasp of the full stack from user experience to data models. Familiarity with relational database systems, particularly PostgreSQL, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, empathetic communication, and a focus on business impact are crucial. Experience in shipping quality user interfaces, ideally with React or React Native, is also desired.
Compensation for this role ranges from $175,100 to $206,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
