In this role, you will partner with senior leaders and various departments—including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics—to develop solutions to complex business challenges. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic initiatives from conception to implementation, acting as a liaison between leadership and key stakeholders, designing frameworks that enhance operational excellence, and identifying areas for process improvement. Additionally, you will manage tools that support product operations, ensuring teams are trained and workflows are efficient.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in product management, operations, project management, or a related area. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, effective communication abilities, and leadership qualities are essential. Familiarity with the industry and products, as well as adaptability in a fast-paced environment, are also important.
