Archer is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Systems Analyst to lead the design and delivery of integrated manufacturing technology solutions across SAP and non-SAP platforms. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for manufacturing application systems, ensuring seamless production operations. The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality, to align technology solutions with business objectives and support the company's manufacturing footprint.

Key responsibilities include understanding aircraft assembly, manufacturing, maintenance, and repair processes, from engineering to shop floor manufacturing and scheduling. The analyst will possess in-depth knowledge of the SAP PP-PEO module, including production shop floor order management, production planning, product costing, production scheduling, and logistics execution. They will configure and customize SAP PP-PEO to meet specific business requirements, enhance existing functionality, develop new features, and implement changes to support manufacturing processes and integration with other business areas and third-party systems such as SCADA and Teamcenter.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP S4/HANA and MES solution architecture, with demonstrated experience as an SAP PP or PEO Solution Architect. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully implementing PP/PEO in previous projects and at least 5 years of experience architecting and delivering SAP PP-PEO solutions in complex manufacturing environments. Strong knowledge of SAP PP-PEO modules and their integration with other SAP modules, experience with shop floor integration, SCADA, and Teamcenter, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Archer offers a competitive base salary between $140,000 and $175,000, with actual compensation determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
