Staff Solutions Architect & Engineer, Anduril Labs (Spectrum)

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect & Engineer to join the Anduril Labs team, focusing on spectrum solutions. This role involves leading the development and integration of advanced radio frequency (RF) capabilities across Anduril's product lines, aiming to secure a competitive advantage in the defense technology sector.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with customer research and development teams to create innovative RF product solutions, scouting for disruptive technologies, developing internal research and investment plans aligned with business strategies, partnering with academic institutions to apply emerging technologies, and capturing strategic customer R&D opportunities aligned with long-term plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience with software-defined radios, RF sub-systems and component research and development, advanced development programs for offensive weapons systems or equivalent complex commercial products, and network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies. A Master of Science in a relevant technical discipline and an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance are required.
