Staff Solutions Architect & Engineer, Anduril Labs (Spectrum)
Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect & Engineer to join the Anduril Labs team, focusing on spectrum solutions. This role involves leading the development and integration of advanced radio frequency (RF) capabilities across Anduril's product lines, aiming to secure a competitive edge in the defense technology sector. The position is based in Costa Mesa, California.
The primary responsibilities include creating innovative RF product solutions in collaboration with customer research and development teams, scouting for disruptive technologies, and developing internal research and investment plans aligned with business line strategies. Additionally, the role involves partnering with academic institutions to apply emerging technologies and capturing strategic customer R&D opportunities that align with long-term plans.
Candidates must have experience with software-defined radios, RF sub-systems, and component research and development. Experience in advanced development programs for offensive weapons systems or similarly complex commercial products is required, along with expertise in network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies. A Master of Science in a relevant technical discipline is necessary, and applicants must possess and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
The position offers a salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 annually, with highly competitive equity grants included in the compensation package.
