Staff Supply Chain System Analyst
Archer is seeking a Staff SAP Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our team in San Jose, California. As a leading aerospace company, Archer is dedicated to advancing sustainable air mobility by designing and manufacturing all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. This role is integral to our mission, focusing on optimizing our supply chain planning processes to support the production of our innovative aircraft.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions, specifically focusing on Embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (ePP/DS) and MRP Live. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting workshops to gather business requirements, configuring ePP/DS processes such as Production Data Structures (PDS) and scheduling scenarios, and supporting MRP Live processes to ensure effective supply-demand alignment. Collaboration with cross-functional SAP teams will be essential to ensure seamless integration of planning processes across procurement, sales, warehousing, and financial modules.
The ideal candidate will possess 10-12 years of SAP Supply Chain Management experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA ePP/DS and MRP Live, including two end-to-end S/4HANA project implementations. Strong knowledge of ePP/DS configuration, expertise in MRP Live, and experience integrating these with other SAP modules are essential. Additionally, the candidate should have the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA planning solutions and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Archer offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,800 to $163,500, determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
