As a Data Scientist at WPP Media in Eindhoven, you will be a key driver of our data-driven marketing initiatives. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalization at scale. Connected through WPP Open and powered by Open Intelligence, clients see exactly where, how, and why their media investment is working.
In this role, you will integrate media and customer data, such as CRM and behavioral data, to address complex client questions. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining advanced data science models, including conversion attribution models like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), predictive models, and customer clustering algorithms. You will also work with various data sources, utilizing SQL and No-SQL databases, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
The ideal candidate holds a university-level degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science, with at least three years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Python or another programming language, experience with SQL and/or No-SQL databases, and a strong understanding of statistics and machine learning are essential. A strong affinity with marketing and experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or other attribution models are highly desirable. Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
