The Strategic Account Executive role at Celonis focuses on expanding growth within existing enterprise accounts in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail sectors. Key responsibilities include discovering and cultivating new business opportunities within assigned client portfolios, establishing and strengthening connections across various organizational levels, and understanding client needs to effectively articulate how Celonis can address them. The role involves guiding the sales journey through structured prospecting, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and deal closure. Additionally, the Strategic Account Executive collaborates with Value Engineering to deliver tailored presentations and demonstrations, and forges strong partnerships with consulting firms and SaaS partners.

Candidates should have demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on expanding existing business opportunities. Experience navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders is essential. Proficiency in collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or enterprise technology solution providers, and effective communication skills in English are also required.
