Strategic Accounts Director

The Strategic Accounts Director at Spring Health is a pivotal role within the sales team, focusing on expanding the company's reach by engaging with HR and Benefits leaders at large organizations ranging from 10,000 to 30,000 employees. In this position, the director will manage the full sales cycle, including conducting discovery calls, delivering presentations, demonstrating the technology platform, and negotiating contracts. The role involves close collaboration with Business Development Representatives and the Strategic Alliances team to close generated opportunities, as well as self-sourcing leads within the assigned territory by working with brokers and consultants. Developing and nurturing partnerships with health insurance brokers and benefits consultants is also a key responsibility.

Candidates should have a strong track record of quota attainment in enterprise sales, preferably with over eight years of experience. While experience in benefits or healthcare sales is preferred, it is not mandatory. Essential qualities include outstanding communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The role requires the ability to travel up to 30% of the year for sales pitches and industry events.
