Strategic Partnerships Lead
The Strategic Partnerships Lead at EarnIn will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and executing partnerships that enhance user engagement and expand the company's reach. This position involves close collaboration with senior leaders across product, payments, and distribution teams to transform strategic ideas into measurable initiatives. EarnIn is a pioneer in earned wage access, committed to providing real-time financial flexibility to individuals living paycheck to paycheck.
Key responsibilities include supporting senior leaders in evaluating new strategic partnership opportunities across product, payments, infrastructure, and distribution. The role involves preparing partner briefs, conducting market research, assisting with pipeline support, and coordinating internal alignment across various departments such as Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Additionally, the Strategic Partnerships Lead will manage partnership workflows from early evaluation through launch, track key milestones, support contract review processes, and monitor early performance to identify optimization opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, partnerships, finance, consulting, or a similar role, preferably within fintech, payments, marketplaces, or consumer technology sectors. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as a self-starter attitude with high attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 to $171,000, plus equity and benefits. This is a hybrid position based in Mountain View, requiring in-office work two days a week.
