Strategic Technical Account Specialist
The Strategic Sales and Account Management Team at Square is seeking a Strategic Technical Account Specialist to manage the support needs of our high-value Resellers. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and Square’s most significant Resellers, ensuring successful establishment and growth of large sellers.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts within the Strategic portfolio, addressing support needs through various channels such as phone, email, and virtual meetings. Responsibilities include implementing onboarding processes, executing account reconfigurations, and providing training to ensure adherence to established timelines. Additionally, you will travel up to 20% of the time for on-site Reseller visits and internal meetings.
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, implementation, sales, or account management within a technical environment. A willingness to work a Monday through Saturday shift schedule and the ability to travel up to 20% are essential. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues are also required.
