Strategy & Operations Manager
Celonis is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to join its North America Revenue Strategy & Operations team, based in Raleigh, North Carolina. This team serves as the operational backbone for Celonis's go-to-market success in the region, focusing on unifying operations, analytics, and reporting to eliminate friction and drive alignment. The role specifically partners with the Value Engineering and Services organizations, embedding operational rigor and data-driven insights into their daily functions.
In this position, the Strategy & Operations Manager will oversee the operational cadence of the Value Engineering and Services teams. Key responsibilities include managing activity tracking, capacity reporting, and engagement pipeline hygiene. The role involves maintaining and updating performance dashboards and operational scorecards, ensuring data accuracy across Salesforce and internal reporting tools. Additionally, the manager will coordinate engagement intake and assignment workflows, prepare leadership reporting packages, support ad hoc analytical requests, and drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving team operations and productivity.
The ideal candidate possesses 4–6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related go-to-market strategy or analytics role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. Strong proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analysis is essential, along with comfort working across CRM data and internal reporting or business intelligence tools. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to maintain operational dashboards and reporting packages with a high standard of data accuracy. Curiosity and fluency around AI use cases for go-to-market and operations teams are also desirable, with experience or strong interest in leveraging AI capabilities to automate recurring work and enhance productivity.
