Strategy & Operations Manager
The Strategy & Operations Manager role at Celonis is integral to the North America Revenue Strategy & Operations team, which serves as the operational backbone of the company's go-to-market success in its most significant market. This position focuses on supporting the Value Engineering and Services organizations by embedding operational rigor, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining a consistent cadence in team operations. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operational cadence of the Value Engineering and Services teams, such as activity tracking, capacity reporting, and engagement pipeline hygiene. The manager will own and maintain performance dashboards and operational scorecards, ensuring data accuracy across Salesforce and internal reporting tools. Additionally, the role involves coordinating engagement intake and assignment workflows, preparing leadership reporting packages, supporting ad hoc analytical requests, and driving strategic initiatives to improve team operations.
Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, or a related go-to-market strategy or analytics role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. Strong proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and analysis is essential, along with comfort working across CRM data and internal reporting or business intelligence tools. The role requires demonstrated ability to maintain operational dashboards and scorecards with a high standard for data accuracy. Curiosity and fluency around AI use cases for go-to-market and operations teams are also important, with experience or strong interest in leveraging AI capabilities to automate recurring work and accelerate analysis.
