Subcontract Administrator
Anduril Industries is seeking a Subcontract Administrator to join its Supply Chain team in Costa Mesa, California. This role is pivotal in managing subcontractor relationships across various programs, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering, quality, manufacturing, legal, and supplier teams. The Subcontract Administrator will play a crucial role in navigating complex negotiations and proposals from the initial request for proposal (RFP) through contract execution and delivery.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire RFP process, managing proposal evaluations, negotiations, awards, execution, administration, and closeout phases. The role requires working cross-functionally with program management, technical, legal, proposal teams, contract managers, and procurement teams to lead subcontracts end-to-end. Additionally, the Subcontract Administrator will drive the creation of clear and detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), manage Subcontract Data Requirements Lists (SDRLs), monitor subcontractor performance, perform product acceptance, support supplier selection, and review subcontractor documents and deliverables.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in law, accounting/finance, business, supply chain management, or a related compliance field, along with a minimum of three years of experience managing high-complexity, full-life cycle subcontracts in multi-discipline programs. A strong understanding of FAR/DFAR, CAS, and ITAR compliance is essential. The role requires the ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA, if not already local, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $171,000 USD, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as work experience, education, and critical skills. Anduril provides highly competitive equity grants as part of the total compensation package.
