The Customer Service Supervisor at CareDx, Inc. leads the Customer Service Liaison team, ensuring accurate test orders, prompt issue resolution, and high-quality service for both internal and external customers. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, assigning tasks, balancing workloads, and monitoring service levels. The supervisor also coaches and mentors team members, manages schedules and coverage, tracks performance metrics, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and internal procedures.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in laboratory or clinical diagnostics operations, including at least 2 years in customer service, with prior supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency with reporting and data analytics tools such as Excel and is required, along with strong communication, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
