Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager at Voyager Technologies is responsible for overseeing all supply chain activities, including demand planning, sourcing, inventory management, shipping, and logistics. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products, aligning with the company's mission to deliver transformative, mission-critical solutions in defense, national security, and space technology.

Key responsibilities include partnering with program management, engineering, quality, and production operations to align sourcing decisions and supply chain strategies with technical and schedule requirements. The manager will develop and implement supplier risk mitigation plans, resolve procurement and inventory control issues, and define and monitor supply chain health metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in supply chain or a related field and have at least seven years of leadership experience in supply chain management. Experience in complex regulated environments with a basic understanding of FAR/DFARS/ITAR is required. Demonstrated knowledge of production flow, planning, inventory management, and documentation procedures, along with strong business and financial acumen, is essential. The role also requires strategic sourcing experience and the ability to lead and influence teams at all organizational levels.
