Supply Chain Systems Program Manager
The Senior Supply Chain Systems Program Manager at Anduril Industries will serve as a key leader within the Supply Chain team, focusing on enhancing and optimizing the company's digital and process ecosystems. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams such as Procurement, Purchasing, Planning, and Program Management, as well as external partners including IT, Engineering, and Business Systems, to develop and implement system plans that drive efficiency and scalability.
Key responsibilities include supporting and executing functional process and data mapping across various supply chain functions, aligning internal supply chain objectives with other departments like Finance and Manufacturing, and collaborating with IT teams to implement enhancement roadmaps. The role also involves acting as a subject matter expert for system, process, and data roadmaps, deploying supply chain reporting and KPI suites, and defining requirements for custom applications to improve business capabilities.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or a related field, along with over 15 years of experience in supply chain IT systems and data analytics. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in data analytics or supply chain management, proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, experience with large-scale ERP implementations (preferably Oracle), and strong communication and collaboration skills across various organizational levels.
Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range for this position, estimated between $191,000 and $253,000 USD annually.
