The SVP, Head of Product for CLEAR1 B2B will lead the product team at Clear, a pioneering technology company focused on identity verification and secure access solutions. This senior leadership role is part of the newly launched CLEAR1 B2B division and emphasizes building innovative products for business-to-business applications within a high-growth environment. The position reports directly to the Chief Product Officer and collaborates with executive teams to shape the company's overarching product strategy.

In this role, the SVP will set and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B solutions, identifying opportunities to create scalable, impactful products serving enterprise customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing product lifecycle management, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and sales, and representing the product team to both internal and external stakeholders. The leader will also partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing customer value.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product leadership in high-growth B2B or SaaS environments, preferably with exposure to fintech, identity, or security technologies. A proven track record of building and scaling enterprise products, outstanding executive communication skills, and strong data-driven decision-making abilities are essential. Experience leading large teams and collaborating at a senior executive level is required.
