The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Performance Creative at Monks leads a dynamic team of over 35 professionals specializing in creative production, animation, design, creative strategy, and commerce content. This role is pivotal within Monks' Performance Media division, reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Digital Media for the Mid-Market Performance team. The SVP collaborates with senior leaders, including the SVP of Digital Strategy and media channel leads, to enhance the creative impact for Monks' most significant and innovative clients.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the vision and strategy for the Performance Creative unit, focusing on creating full-funnel, insight-driven creative assets that yield measurable results. The SVP guides clients and internal teams through the evolving landscape of creative innovation across various platforms, including paid social, display, video, user-generated content (UGC), influencer content, and emerging channels. Leveraging creative testing frameworks, audience insights, and performance analytics, the SVP informs ideation, production, iteration, and optimization processes. Additionally, the role involves advising clients on integrating and scaling generative AI, automation, and technology in creative production and operations.

The ideal candidate possesses over 10 years of experience in creative leadership within performance, digital, or growth marketing settings, preferably in an agency environment. They have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary creative teams with direct client-facing and account ownership responsibilities. Expertise in producing, optimizing, and scaling creative for paid social, display, video, and new digital channels is essential. A portfolio demonstrating high-performing, data-driven creative work with measurable business results is required. The candidate should also have experience integrating creative strategy with performance data, analytics, and media teams, and be comfortable presenting creative strategies and results to executive-level audiences.
