Synthetic Aperture Radar Data Manager

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Data Manager to lead the development of advanced automated target recognition software for both moving and stationary objects in SAR data. This role involves managing a team of radar subject matter experts and machine learning engineers within a company dedicated to delivering transformative solutions in defense, national security, and space technology.

The SAR Data Manager will oversee the creation and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed technical performance measures. Responsibilities include managing the development process, providing technical guidance, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Candidates must possess a strong background in physics or electrical engineering to understand SAR imagery phenomenology. Experience with deep neural networks and proven executive communication skills are essential. A minimum of three years leading engineering teams and an active DoD Top Secret clearance are required.
