Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer specializing in Command and Control (C2) Integration to join our team in Costa Mesa, California. As a defense technology company, Anduril is dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. Our unmanned aerial systems (UAS), including platforms like Anvil, Altius, and Ghost, are designed for operations in remote environments with minimal user input, emphasizing reliability and autonomy.

In this role, you will lead the development of end-to-end solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and system architecture. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining system components that meet functional and performance requirements in complex environments. You will conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and resilience of software applications, especially within distributed systems. Additionally, you will work closely with hardware engineers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of software and hardware components.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for systems development, integration, and testing, with at least 5 years of industry experience in systems engineering. Proficiency with systems modeling tools such as Cameo and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies are essential. Hands-on experience in building and prototyping complex robotic systems is highly valued. Candidates must hold a U.S. Secret security clearance and be eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearance. The ability to travel up to 25% for test planning and execution is also required.

Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $166,000 to $220,000 USD for this position, along with highly competitive equity grants.
