Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer to join its Intelligence Systems team, focusing on integration and testing. This role involves collaborating across hardware and software teams to validate advanced military systems, ensuring they meet stringent performance and functionality standards. Key responsibilities include designing and executing detailed test plans and procedures based on system requirements, working collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment to test products from concept through production, and assessing system test coverage using requirements management tools. The role also involves understanding hardware and software evaluation methodologies, including performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis, and managing development testing activities at the program level to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Candidates should possess a strong engineering foundation in disciplines such as software engineering, hardware design, or FPGA development, with at least 5 years of experience in testing and verification supporting product design and development. Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive test plans for integrated hardware and software systems is essential. Experience with military standards for qualification and acceptance testing, such as MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461, is required. Strong technical communication skills and an active U.S. Secret security clearance are also necessary.

The salary range for this position is $126,000 to $167,000 annually, with actual offers depending on factors like experience and skills.
