Systems Engineer, People & Payroll Systems

CoreWeave is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our HR and Payroll Systems team, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our global people operations technology. This role involves collaborating with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT to maintain and enhance systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lattice, and CultureAmp, ensuring they scale effectively with our organization's growth.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining HR systems, analyzing business requirements to develop technical solutions, managing security roles and user permissions, and developing reports and dashboards to support business needs. The role also involves performing system upgrades, testing, release management, and troubleshooting system issues in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, Greenhouse, or other HR systems. Expertise in modules such as HCM, Absence, Benefits, Payroll, or Time Tracking is essential, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Calculated Fields, REST/SOAP APIs, and BIRT reporting is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
