The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and enhancing employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and qualified talent.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Experience in a fast-paced, global environment and knowledge of employment laws and regulations are highly desirable.
