Talent Acquisition Partner (Temporary 6 month Contract)

G-P, a leading SaaS-based Global Employment Platform™, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month temporary contract. This role is integral to scaling technical teams, including Software Engineering, IT, and Product, as well as Go-To-Market teams such as Sales, Revenue, and Marketing, across international markets. The position is remote-first, with a preference for candidates based in Ireland or those operating within compatible EMEA hours.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non-technical roles. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and engaging candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. A key aspect of the role involves presenting and explaining variable compensation models, including sales incentive plans and commission structures, to revenue-focused candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles. Proficiency in navigating cross-border hiring and international employment considerations is essential. Experience in a global SaaS, technology, or professional services environment is preferred. Hands-on proficiency with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse, is highly desirable.
