The Product team encompasses three key areas: Product Management, responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, acting as a bridge between business, technology, and design to ensure the product meets both producer needs and company objectives; Product Design, focusing on user experience (UX) and interface (UI), understanding producer challenges, designing functional and desirable solutions, creating prototypes, and validating ideas in collaboration with product managers and developers to ensure intuitive and accessible products; and Product Marketing, operating at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, positioning the product in the market, defining key messages, planning launches, generating demand, and ensuring the product's value is clearly communicated to various audiences, while also gathering market and competitive feedback to inform product strategy.
