DriveWealth is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in New York, NY. As a global B2B financial technology company, DriveWealth is dedicated to democratizing access to financial independence worldwide through our API-based platform. This role is integral to our mission, focusing on building and executing our engineering and product hiring strategy to support our innovative offerings.

In this position, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including engineering and product positions. Responsibilities encompass developing search strategies in partnership with hiring managers, sourcing top technical talent through various channels, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring a world-class candidate experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to scaling our mission-driven company by building a team that drives our product roadmap forward.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience recruiting for an Engineering/Tech Division in Financial Services, technology, or an agency setting. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse), strong communication and relationship management skills, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders are essential. Familiarity with the financial services/technology industry and a track record of disciplined execution in high-stakes environments are also important.
