As a Tax Manager specializing in Direct Taxes, you will lead the management of complex direct tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure compliance while driving global tax efficiency. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and business partners to deliver value across corporate tax, compliance, and tax planning initiatives.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing global direct tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and submission of corporate income tax returns, withholding tax returns, and other direct tax filings across all company entities. You will partner with external tax advisors to support filings, documentation, and reporting obligations in multiple jurisdictions. Additionally, you will identify, monitor, and address potential tax risks, propose actionable solutions, assist in managing audits and inspections, and provide strategic tax guidance on cross-border transactions and corporate structuring.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international direct taxation, preferably in a consultancy or multinational corporate environment. A strong understanding of global corporate tax rules, cross-border compliance, tax treaties, and EU Directives is essential. You should possess the ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment, analyze complex data sets, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required; a Post-Graduate or Master's degree in Taxation is advantageous.
