Team Lead Audio H/F

The Team Lead Audio position at WPP Media involves leading the audio team in Paris, France, to orchestrate and manage audio advertising campaigns. WPP Media is a global media collective that leverages creativity to drive growth for clients.

Key responsibilities include managing Media Traders Audio, developing innovative audio strategies based on client briefs, negotiating and optimizing media plans with publishers, and purchasing digital audio programmatically via DSP platforms. The role also involves serving as the primary liaison with clients and partners, and assisting brands in diversifying their audio communications, including producing branded audio content such as advertisements and podcasts.

Candidates should have a strong interest in advertising and media, particularly in the evolving audio landscape. A higher education degree in marketing or advertising is required, along with at least four years of experience in audio trading. Essential skills include rigor, organization, numerical proficiency, creativity, proactivity, teamwork, and strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English is also necessary.
