Team Lead, Customer Care
As a Customer Care Team Lead at Lighthouse, you will lead a team of Technical Support Specialists dedicated to supporting our Business Intelligence products. In this role, you will oversee daily team operations, including managing inbox health, prioritizing tasks, distributing workloads, and ensuring timely resolution of support issues across various tiers. You will mentor and develop team members through regular one-on-one meetings, performance feedback, and career growth discussions, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Additionally, you will act as the escalation point for complex customer issues, manage critical incidents, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear and timely communication with customers.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a technical customer support environment, with strong operational leadership and technical depth. Experience with Business Intelligence tools, data analysis, or technical integrations is essential. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities and have a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency, including leveraging automation or AI tools. Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities are also required.
