This role involves acting as a player-coach, serving as the primary Solutions Consultant in client engagements while also managing and expanding the Solutions Consulting team across various industry verticals, customer types, and geographic markets. The position is based in Singapore and requires occasional travel, up to 50% during peak periods.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic vision and product expertise during the sales process to establish strong foundations for long-term client partnerships. The Team Lead will oversee the hiring and development of Solutions Consultants, ensuring the team delivers high-quality support across diverse sectors. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with Braze's sales, marketing, security, and product teams to align strategies and drive customer success.

Candidates should possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to listen actively and understand client needs. A strong team player mentality is essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. The role requires experience in selling to accounts with sophisticated pre-sales consulting or sales engineering teams, and domain knowledge in at least three of the following areas: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or Programming (including HTML).
