Team Leader (f/m/d)
The Team Leader at Awin will oversee a team of account managers and executives, providing leadership, guidance, and training. This role involves managing a portfolio of top-tier clients in the U.S., ensuring the delivery of high-quality account management services. Awin is a global affiliate marketing network that connects advertisers and publishers to drive growth and success.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing and implementing program strategies to meet client objectives, and proactively recruiting new affiliates. The Team Leader will also monitor daily affiliate performance for compliance, resolve client conflicts, and produce necessary account management documentation and reports.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a minimum of three years' experience in affiliate marketing managing enterprise brands, and strong time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau, is required, along with a passion for data analysis and program strategy development.
