Tech Support (Position located in Singapore)
The Tech Support position at KnowBe4 is based in Singapore and offers an opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing company specialized in security awareness training and simulated phishing. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, troubleshooting product-related problems, and providing guidance to customers through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat. Your day-to-day tasks will involve diagnosing incidents, documenting solutions, escalating complex cases when necessary, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support. You will also collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay feedback and stay updated on the latest platform features.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in customer-facing technical support roles, and familiarity with SaaS or cloud-based products. A background in IT, cybersecurity, or related fields is highly valued. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
